OfficiallyTogether turns chaotic multi-day weddings into one calm place: guest websites, smart RSVPs, and updates that reach people on WhatsApp. We designed the brand and built the platform end to end.
Multi-day weddings, Mehndi one night, reception the next, run on a mess of spreadsheets, group chats, and last-minute changes that never quite reach every guest. The couple ends up as a human switchboard instead of celebrating.
OfficiallyTogether needed to replace all of that with one calm place: beautiful enough for the occasion, and built around how families actually communicate.
We designed the brand and built the platform end to end: customisable guest websites with several designer themes, a smart RSVP system that shows each guest only the events they are invited to, meal and dietary tracking, and a photo gallery that needs no app.
Because South Asian and diaspora families live on WhatsApp, we made it the spine. Invitations and updates go out by WhatsApp, email, QR, or print, and Mira, an AI assistant, drafts invites and keeps tasks moving.
Couples get one source of truth instead of a dozen chats and tabs: guests RSVP per event, updates reach them where they already are, and every photo and message is kept in a lasting Memory Canvas after the day. No spreadsheets required.
