Doubling Al Chick's Uber Eats orders

Al Chick makes some of Mississauga's most crave-worthy halal fusion chicken. We gave it an online presence that finally matched the food: AI menu photography, a rebuilt ordering site, and delivery-app campaigns that turn scrolls into orders.

The challenge

Al Chick had the hard part solved: hand-breaded, halal fusion chicken with bold Mediterranean flavour, made fresh daily, and a loyal Mississauga following.

Online, though, it blended in. Phone-shot menu photos, a delivery listing that looked like everyone else's, and no clear way to tell which posts or ad dollars actually brought someone through the door.

What we built

We reshot the entire menu with AI food photography built to look as good as the food tastes, then rebuilt alchick.ca around a single job: turning a hungry visitor into an order.

From there we ran delivery-app and Meta campaigns aimed at people already deciding what to eat, and wired tracking across Uber Eats and the ad accounts so every campaign was measured to the order, not the impression.

The outcome

In 30 days, Uber Eats orders more than doubled and listing conversions climbed 108%, with paid campaigns returning 7.74x on every dollar of ad spend, all from the same kitchen and menu, now with a brand that finally looks the part online.
